Cycle of Illness: Immune System (Part 1)

The next installment of the Cycle of Illness series is the Immune System. In part one, we go over what the immune system is, what it does, what organs and functions it performs. I go over the innate and adaptive immunity and how each immune cell works in the body.

Then I take each section and teach you how it affects all the other aspects of the cycle of illness, such as inflammation, methylation, mitochondrial damage, and the gut microbiome.

I'm teaching you how this ALL fits together, and creates health or disease. By addressing these root metabolic issues behind illness, we can heal. Really heal!! And live a much better quality of life. Remember, we're not broken, we're just wired differently. Once you understand how your hard wired, you can take control of your health and start the healing process.
